We want you to be fully satisfied with your Aumen purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds and our warranty work.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging when possible.

How to Request a Return
Email help@aumenstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your request and send return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions cannot be identified.

Return Shipping
Aumen covers return shipping when the issue is on us: items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For returns due to a change of mind or size, the customer covers return shipping, unless local consumer law states otherwise.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds cover the price you paid for the returned item(s) and are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

Multi-Item Orders
You can return part of a multi-item order. We refund the price you paid for each returned item, after any discounts applied to the order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to place a new order and return the original item separately using the process above.

2-Year Warranty
Every Aumen product carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a defect appears, email help@aumenstore.com with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage from improper use or care.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact help@aumenstore.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EU and UK Customers
In addition to this policy, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In that case, we will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision, including standard delivery costs. You can use the Withdrawal Form on our site or simply email us. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights, never instead of them.
