1. Overview
This website is operated by YJJ GROUP LLC, trading as Aumen ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display products, colors and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen and on production batches. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item being out of stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping
Shipping times, costs, customs and delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in our Withdrawal Form page.

8. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at help@aumenstore.com. We commit to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Opening a payment dispute without first contacting us may delay the resolution of your case.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to YJJ GROUP LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YJJ GROUP LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights described in section 12.
